Selon les chiffres cit\u00e9s dans le bilan fourni, environ 1 200 personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9es et 251 personnes prises en otages.<br \/>\nEn r\u00e9action, Isra\u00ebl a lanc\u00e9 une op\u00e9ration militaire contre le Hamas dans la bande de Gaza.
